Because of your store policy when paying with store credit issued card you have to show proof of ownership with driver's license. My son misplaced a store credit that couldn't be put on his Home Depot Credit Card. There were hundreds of dollars on that card. Was wondering if you can reissue a new card.

Ive lost over $500 in meat They just keep brushing me off. Well now I've contacted BBB and my attorney. I've been soo upset I'm a single mom and I can't afford to just buy a new fridge. I contacted Home Depot and was directed to Customer Service Specialist. I explained it had been a year since we purchased the tile and could send pictures of installation and my records of all products we used.
I received a call on December 10th asking if the new delivery date was acceptable. I didn't know that I had a date until then. The rep told me that the new date for delivery was December 20th. If I would of know it was going to take a month to delivery I would of never purchased the freezer from Home Depot. I would like to cancel, but I purchased with a gift e-card and was told it had to go back on the e-card. This is not acceptable since this happen to me before, and I would like to purchase freezer from another store that delivers when they say will.

Home De-to sent out a replacement machine. This machine was scratched on the front but seemed to function so I accepted it. 2 months later it stored shaking and showed an error code F7E1. Maytag came out to service the machine and founf]d it... I usually shop at your competitor however your store is very close to my home. I simply wanted to get a few bags of wood pellets to try at your store.
Home Depot also has protection plans for all of its appliances and labor services . I've had good luck ordering from Home Depot and dealing with customer service for a wide variety of projects. Lumber is always better from a smaller and more expensive lumber yard. Buying premium vinyl tile was a roll of the dice since you can't really "see" the product which was not available in store. I bought a brand new LG refrigerator from home depot 2 yrs ago. 1 yr after I bought it the ice maker broke and now the compressor has failed and its not cooling.

Very Helpful with accurate information regarding issues consumers have, covering many different categories. Home Depot bought windows and doors and had nothing but problems with most of the windows leaking plus leaking doors. I would like to have the freezer delivered on Monday, December 12th or a check for the amount of the purchase. Due to Covid we were unable to install until July 2022.

After my first complaint message I have waited for more then 2 months for the Customer Service Rep. to get in touch with me. After number of communications, we have arrived to the mutually... The men who delivered it said they would have to take my front door off to bring it in. My old refrigerator came in through the front door with no problem and it was the same size.

They try to charge you $225.00 for the supposedly free carpet stretching.
On December 9th I received a email stating that I was 10 on the list. I would get updates showing that I was now 5 then I received on saying there was 1 ahead of me. I finally received a call saying that they would be delivering it in 30 minutes. I was waiting for them and received a email stating that - We couldn't complete your delivery!. When I called they said they would call me back as soon as they could figure out why it was delivered. I was told it might still be on the dock and didn't make it on the truck and that I would be given a call once they knew what happen and to reschedule the delivery.

Read the other numerous reviews and you will get an idea what lack of concern for customer service. What ever happened to customer service or concern for their employees. Shop elsewhere unless you like being abused. So much for purchasing online to save time.

Got excellent service from Chris in Kelowna Home Depot to book a contractor for a shower install. 2nd contractor booked a date then called back to cancel 5 minutes later. The 3rd contractor Harding Services booked a date, never showed, never called. When asked why he didn't show he simply said "sorry couldn't make it, I can book again next week"... I had to travel an hr each way to meet the guy and never bothered to show. Totally unprofessional and no doubt will be another unemployed contractor once the market cools.
I called and after being bounds to about 5 different people, I was told that it was after 30 days from the purchase, and they wouldn’t give me the lower price. We'd like to see more pricing info on the site, so consumers can make a comparison with other HVAC repair services. But Home Depot's long-standing reputation, large network of licensed and safety-trained technicians, and customer-friendly policies outweigh that drawback. We ordered a power tool via Home Depot's online app.
Spend tons of hour on the phone to try to reschedule the delivery. They did not make right, they lied about delay, etc... I got a great Experience and I will recommend for hassle-free service. Fastest Response that I got and Everythings was fine for guys was also professional. I will get again services when I will be required.
